Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel rooms looked great from a distance but had some noise issues, especially from nearby showers. However, they were very nice, clean, and the bed was very comfy. The service provided was friendly and included helpful maps for sightseeing. The location seemed mostly safe and clean, a bit far from the town center, but with many dining options nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good options but chaotic weekends. The facilities were decent overall.
At first glance, the rooms were quite spacious and a great option despite all the other problems with our 'luxury suite. ' The service by the staff was very friendly and they thoroughly explained the onsite amenities. However, they were amazing in their efforts to keep the buffet stocked and maintained a positive attitude despite the madness; I felt there was always someone there for the boarders. The location was perfect, close to the shopping mall, I-5, and the city center, making it a nice choice between the buildings management. The dining experience across the road from the Lloyd Centre provided lots of restaurants around the area, and we felt safe walking around. The hotel made our stay special and will be our place to stay when in Portland. The facilities were good, a little crowded due to the Rose Parade, but overall enjoyable.
The hotel had clean rooms with every amenity, conveniently located near the main entrance for easy access to breakfast and car parking. The top-notch service was highlighted by the wonderful breakfast and the enjoyable pool & jacuzzi. The surrounding area offered fantastic walking distances to various attractions, making it a great choice for us.
Back in the late 90's and early 2000's, this hotel was the place to stay, accommodating us comfortably in what felt like a mini apartment. The breakfast area was cozy. While the location was nice with green surroundings and ample parking spaces, it was slightly marred by panhandlers near the entrance. Conveniently close to the concert venue we were attending in Portland's eastside, and with easy access to the Max station for exploring downtown Portland.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, although advertised as a 'luxury suite,' were uncomfortable for three people with only a queen bed and a sofa that had a pull-out bed. However, the service, especially considering my wife's medical situation, was exceptionally compassionate, offering to comp an extra night. The location was convenient, with great access to nearby attractions and transport, but there were some cleanliness issues concerning the pet area. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a variety of options close to public transit. Despite some drawbacks, I found good value for money overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but unfortunately, the AC wasn't working on the top floor. The service was exceptional, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, close to downtown and peaceful, but having to go to about 5 different addresses was a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was good enough, but left a lot to be desired at times. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with full kitchens, Marriott's queen-size beds, and a fireplace, though noise from the highway and neighboring showers can be disruptive. The service is generally friendly and responsive, but some issues with resolving complaints were experienced. The location is convenient for exploring Portland and accessing public transport, despite feeling a bit old. The dining experience provides a standard but satisfying menu. Overall, the facilities are well-equipped and enjoyable for guests.
The hotel rooms seemed nice at first glance with excellent Wi-Fi, TV, and climate control. The fireplace in the room was a nice perk, and the spaciousness was appreciated. However, there were issues at bedtime that were a bit disappointing.
The inn is convenient and spacious, with a nice fireplace in the room and fully equipped kitchen. The location is great for exploring the city but marred by some panhandlers nearby. The dining experience offers standard but satisfactory options.
The hotel had beautifully furnished and very clean rooms, but could use some dusting. The service was amazing and inviting, and the location was great with access to Lloyd Center, several restaurants, and the convention center. The dining experience offered a many splendid thing with abundant choices. Facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
